I’ve worked with multiple marketing and database tools, across industries. I started my career at the Brookhaven National Labs – because I thought I wanted to be a physicist.
Tripti’s bio: I have over 4 years of experience in delivering improved customer experience through delivery of various projects in the marketing field. I have extensive marketing operations expertise having worked and implemented solutions using Unica and Aprimo MRM software.
Business processes: my life (okay not really, but…) I work with various stakeholders to help them understand and streamline their business process and in turn automate processes using effective industry standards and best practices. I have also worked on several other IT/Marketing projects such as e-Commerce, Identity & Access Management and Production Management Support, across several industries such as Banking, Telecommunication, Retail, Government, Electrical and Power, Transportation and Aerospace industry. I’m getting married soon, too.
